Ending With a Good Month

September is almost over! Man, what an great month with 4 new distributors who are going to be awesome. I am so excited to watch my team grow and love to do what I can to help them succeed. I believe it is very important to be part of a good team and have support from your up-line. I am very lucky to have an awesome up-line who happens to be at the top. No matter how busy she may be she is always available. I feel part of her success is because she is such a giving person and wants her downline to be successful and will go out of her way to help others. She creates a pay it forward type atmosphere, therefore, I will do the same for my downline. For those that want my help, I will bend over backwards to help them. Sometimes it's hard when you do have individuals that don't work the business and then wonder why they are not successful. This business takes time, but if you are talking to people you will succeed. Persistence is key. You get what you put into it! Each month your check should grow. What if it isnt? Well, take an honest look in the mirror and ask yourself- am I really working and talking to people or am I doing it randomly? Sometimes we need a good kick in the pants. We all have been there. Be honest and don't place the blame on the company or others which drives me nuts and is a whole other post-lol! So, if you are looking for a unique product, great company with a well thought out comp plan, a team that will support you- give me a shout! I can't wait to see what October has in store for me and my fabulous team!
