
Haven't updated in a while. Just been spending a lot of time with my family last few weeks. My husband is a school teacher, so we taking advantage of the final days of summer!
We went on an overnight trip to a nearby city that has an one of the largest indoor water slide parks. We took Taylor's cousin (on left) to play with Taylor, so Glenn and I could get some face time. Didnt quite workout that way-LOL. This past weekend was the big Strassenfest that pulls in 1,000's of people for 4 days and finished it up with a parade!
Also, I have been focused on myself. I notice when I wrap I feel better and have more energy. I started riding a bike which I haven't done- gosh, maybe 15 years! I feel this is because of the products I am using. I am motivated! I think about what I am putting in my mouth. If I know it's going to make me feel like crap, I will pass because nothing is worth feeling that way for the rest of the day. I am sure you can understand that feeling. I am so motivated and want to keep looking better, so I going to try to start running! Now, I have never been able to do this, so this is a tall order, but why not try it right! What do I have to lose? I may need to get some new shoes and possible a new bra LOL! Anyway, I am on a course and I see success at the top. Wanna join me?
